From August 3rd, 2023, the VU Blue Hall will be closed for renovation. Our goal is to modernize the space while ensuring minimal disruption to your activities. Please utilize Saulėtekio av. 2 and M. K. Čiurlionio st. 21 halls during this period.

Like every year, with summertime comes Vilnius University Summer Challenge. Every hot season this game reminds to be physically active and invites to compete in a friendly manner within VU community.
We are going to play six different games in six weeks. Most of the games come from cultures far away, some of them are more popular than others, but all of them are meant to offer you a chance to have a fun, movement-based, exploratory experience. As a bonus, you will be able to experience a culture from the angle of a child playing traditional games and decide for yourself what can a game tell about the people who play it?
March 21 the Interfaculty table tennis Competition for Rector’s Prize broke out, where 7 teams gathered to test their strength. It is good that, continuing the long-standing and beautiful traditions, this sport remains popular among students even today.

This Friday, the 2023 Lithuanian Student Football League Futsal Cup tournament will start with the match between Vilnius University and the Lithuanian Military Academy at the Vilnius TECH sports arena. Nine educational institutions will compete for the title this year - four from the capital, four from Kaunas and one from Klaipėda.
