As the spring semester begins, the Vilnius University Health and Sports Center reminds and invites the University community to take care of their physical and emotional well-being and to register for the activities on offer.
Health Laboratory consultation
For those who would like to better understand their body and overall health, the VU Health and Sports Center offers individual Health Laboratory consultations. During these sessions, specialists help assess physical fitness, discuss movement habits, nutrition, and lifestyle factors, and provide personalized recommendations.
A wide range of group training sessions also awaits in the spring semester. The group training schedule has been expanded to include self-defense classes, and boxing training sessions will launch at the end of February. Trainings of varying intensity are tailored to different levels of physical preparedness—from calm activities focused on improving mobility and posture to energetic workouts that develop strength and endurance.
For those with busy schedules or who work remotely, online exercise sessions are available. Remote workouts make it easy to engage in physical activity without leaving home or the workplace, helping to maintain regular movement and balance in everyday life.
