Vilnius University Health and Sports Center is expanding its range of activities and invites you to try self-defense classes based on judo and sambo principles. The sessions will be led by coach Eimantas Tukačiauskas. These are practical, dynamic workouts designed to teach basic techniques in standing and ground positions that can be realistically applied in self-defense situations.
During the training sessions, participants will learn safe falling techniques, basic throws, and ground-fighting actions. The classes focus not only on technical skills but also on overall physical development—training will improve strength, endurance, speed, coordination, refine technique, and boost self-confidence.
These self-defense classes are suitable both for beginners and for those who want to try a new form of active movement. No special preparation is required—comfortable sportswear is sufficient.
