Vilnius University Health and Sports Centre invites you to a new specialized CORE & BALANCE workout, designed to strengthen the back, shoulder girdle, and the entire spine. The sessions will use an exercise ball—a tool that naturally activates the deep stabilizing muscles and helps develop body control.

The workout combines stretching, relaxation, spinal elongation, and endurance exercises. Special attention is given to balance training, pelvic and back stabilization, and strengthening the arms and legs. Balancing on the exercise ball not only improves posture but also promotes focus, body awareness, and mindfulness of the surrounding environment.

CORE & BALANCE is especially suitable for those with sedentary jobs, who feel back weakness or restricted movement, and want to improve their daily well-being.

Difficulty level: Beginners
