February 23 – March 1: Reintegration Week and Free Workouts at Vilnius University.

Vilnius University’s Health and Sports Centre invites the community to Reintegration Week – let’s get back into an active rhythm together!

This is a great opportunity to reconnect with your fitness routine after a break, try new activities, and find your motivation to move. Throughout the week, we invite you to train for free in our gyms and participate in special group classes.

You can look forward to:

  • Boxing classes – release energy and build endurance;

  • Self-defense sessions – boost confidence and practical skills;

  • Zumba – improve mood and cardio fitness;

  • Slow & Strong – mindful, slower, but highly effective body strengthening.

Whether you’re already active or just planning to start, we welcome students, faculty, and all members of the VU community.
