September 29 Vilnius University Rector's Cup athletics competition took place at Saulėtekios Stadium and the 2022-2023 academic year Rector's Prizecompetition season began.
Successful studies at university are closely related to emotional and physical health: when we feel good, we can concentrate and devote ourselves to studies, and experienced (un)successful studies affect our well-being.
September is a great time to start exercising! Don't let your sportswear be sad all year round - come exercise for FREE with the coaches of the VU Health and Sports Center! On September 12-18 we invite everyone to visit the VU Health and Sports Center, where the open door week will take place.

Important Information for HSC Visitors
Starting on Monday, April 26th, you are welcome to train in VU HSC!
DURING SUMMERTIME gym working hours are: I - V, 8:00-20:00 h. (M. K. Čiurlionio g. 21, Saulėtekio al. 2)
You can participate in each of the 3 challenges by uploading your video to your Facebook profile and tagging PCU Committee or to your Instagram profile and tagging @pcu_com. Make sure your social media profile is set “public”. The 3 challenges are exclusively open for university (college) students.
This Yoga class will help your overall body and mind condition. Though sequenced postures (asanas) along with proper breathing you will be able to work on your strength, balance, flexibility and positive attitude. The classes will help you to kick start into a new day with full energy or help to relax after whole difficult week.
We are so happy to announce the VU birthday challenge! The challenge is held from 03-22 to 04-01. There are three parts, so feel free to choose the one that interests you the most!
