Vilnius University Health and Sports Center invites you to try new boxing classes starting on February 23.

The boxing training sessions are based on boxing fundamentals and are suitable both for beginners with no prior experience and for those already familiar with the sport. During the sessions, participants will learn correct stance, movement, basic punches, and simple defensive techniques, while more advanced athletes will have the opportunity to further develop their existing skills. The training load and complexity will increase gradually, ensuring that the sessions are safe and effective for all participants.

Regular boxing classes help improve physical fitness, endurance, coordination, and reaction speed, while also strengthening self-confidence and emotional resilience—qualities that are important not only in sports but also in everyday life.

The training sessions will be led by Rytis Vasiliauskas, an experienced boxing coach, multiple-time Lithuanian and Lithuanian Armed Forces champion and medalist.

TIME: From February 23, Mondays and Wednesdays, starting at 5:00 PM
