Group physiotherapy

Themed physiotherapy training is based on low intensity therapeutic exercises that are carefully selected to address specific body discomfort, pain and/or limitations. During sessions high focus will be put on getting to know one's own body and raising movement awareness. Every third Sunday we will separately analyse ways to train feet, ankles, knees, hips, spine, torso, shoulders and neck; explore ways to correct posture and breathing habits. Simultaneously through exercise we will get to know how to strengthen ourselves against muscle, joint, ligament and tendon related pain or discomfort.

During sessions we will use mobility, stretching, stabilisation, balance and strength exercises without additional weights. Sometimes minimal additional inventory will be used that will be accessible in the training room (tennis balls, thera-bands etc.) Everyone and anyone is welcome to come but if you experience any speciffic body discomfort/pain or have recently experienced trauma, please let the physiotherapist know about it beforehand.
