Weekend relax

Weekend Relax training sessions aim to help to recover after an intense week and diffuse any leftover stress with low intensity physical exercise. We will exercise using yoga and Pilates elements focusing on stretching and light strength exercises. Additionally, the training session will help to improve joint mobility, deep core muscle strength, stability, balance, flexibility, everyday physical tasks, as well as ease stress and body stiffness. At the end of every session there will be a short breathing session and meditation after which the experience of softer body movements, calmness and light pleasant mood will follow.
