There will be three trainings and they will be conducted by Valentina Konovalova. She has been a dancer for 11 years and a coach for 2 years, she will share her knowledge with you and will help you to improve your body. Trainings will be in English, but Valentina can also communicate in Ukrainian and Russian as well.

Stretching is a type of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately expanded and flexed in order to improve the elasticity of the muscle and achieve its comfortable tone. Stretching training offers you an ability to give a rest for your and allows you to be more flexible. 

This training provides you not just with the stretching activities, but also with fitness and dance. Fitness part will help you to get stronger. It will be more intensive part of the training. Dance part will be fun, because the healthiness and pleasure will be combined.

Stretching training is suitable for everyone, even if you are new in sport. The instructor will pay attention and give you an individual exercise, which will be suitable for your body. Each person will receive a feedback in order to get a full understanding of how to do all exercises correctly and easily.

During three Tuesday mornings you will have an opportunity to get to know stretching routine and feel more flexibility and lightness in your body.
