Vilnius University Health and Sports Center invites employees to take care of their physical and emotional well-being by joining free workouts. The sessions take place during the lunch break – a great opportunity to step away from daily tasks for a while, get moving, and recharge your energy.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT

HEALTHY SPINE  

On Mondays, 12:15–1:00 PM, at M. K. Čiurlionio St. 21, Main Sports Hall

On Tuesdays, 12:00–12:45 PM, at Universiteto St. 3, Theatre Hall

These are calm and slow sessions designed to help you get to know your body in motion: mobility, balance, and breathing exercises, along with elements of yoga and Pilates. No special physical preparation is required. READ MORE

These workouts, enriched with physiotherapy exercises, are aimed at strengthening back muscles, improving posture, and reducing tension. They are especially beneficial for people with sedentary jobs.
