Starting October 9, Vilnius University Health and Sport Centre invites all members of the VU community to take care of their well-being and dedicate half an hour to an active break – an online workout once a week.

The workouts will take place on Thursdays from 12:00 to 12:30 remotely in the MS Teams group “Workout with SSC.”

The sessions will be led by VU SSC instructor, 4th-year student of the Faculty of Medicine’s Physiotherapy program, Gabija Kašelionytė. Her exercises are designed to be performed on a mat, using only body weight – with no additional equipment required. This is a great opportunity to improve posture, reduce tension, strengthen muscles, and boost energy for the day’s work.

During the 2025–2026 academic year, the workouts will run from October to December and from February to May.
