BODY BALANCE – Open Session on the Occasion of Health Day

To mark World Health Day, the Vilnius University community is invited to take time for themselves and their well-being. On April 7 at 5:30 PM, an open Body Balance session will be held – a great opportunity to strengthen the body, improve posture, and restore inner balance.

This moderate-intensity workout combines strength, stretching, and coordination exercises. During the session, the focus is on deep muscles, body stability, and mindful movement, making it suitable for both beginners and those who are already physically active.

Body Balance is not only physical activity but also an opportunity to pause, listen to your body, and dedicate time to quality movement amidst the pace of everyday life. The session will be led by Saulė Krivickienė, an instructor at the Vilnius University Health and Sports Center.

Time: April 7 (Tuesday), 5:30 PM

Location: Čiurlionio St. 21

Duration: 45 minutes

Please bring a mat and water.
