This moderate-intensity workout combines strength, stretching, and coordination exercises. During the session, the focus is on deep muscles, body stability, and mindful movement, making it suitable for both beginners and those who are already physically active.
Body Balance is not only physical activity but also an opportunity to pause, listen to your body, and dedicate time to quality movement amidst the pace of everyday life. The session will be led by Saulė Krivickienė, an instructor at the Vilnius University Health and Sports Center.
