Hey, student! Vilnius University Health and Sport Centre offers you various sport activities for working out and taking care of your health!

Individual sport activities

If you are interested in individual activities you can choose from 4 gyms in the premises of Health and Sport Centre and get there trainer‘s recommendations for right and safe way of training.

How much? A montly access card for each Gym costs 5 Eur and covers 15 visits.

Where? Girl‘s gyms at Sauletekis av. 2 and at Ciurlionis st. 21. Mixed gyms at Sauletekis av. 26 and at Ciurionis st. 21.

How to get a access card? Access cards for the services can be purhased at Sauletekis av. 2, room 211 and 212, during the opening hours (Mon&Wed 8.30-11.30 am, Tue&Thu 1.30-4.30 pm) and at M. K. Ciurlionis st. 21, room 201 during the opening hours (Thu 1.30-4.00 pm)

Team sports for free

If you are interested team sports group activities you can choose from morning group activities and sport courses such as athletics, basketball, weightlifting, pilates, table tennis, judo, SAMBO, football, volleyball, orienteering sport, team games and adapted physical activity for students with disabilities. You can see the group activities schedule below.

Group trainings

If you are interested in group trainings, you can find training which fulfills your needs best. As a motivation to wake up early and satrt your day with sport we made morning trainings free of charge and open to everyone: trainer Kristina will be happy to see you on Mondays and yoga teacher Karolina (Yoga is held in English) will be prepared to wake up together on Tuesdays. Moreover, we offer evening trainings: healthy spine, X-fit, anti-cellulite, show dance, pilates, functional training, aeromix, solo latino and circuit trainings. We advise you to ask trainer to talk in English before training starts.You can see the group trainings schedule below.

Interfaculty competition

If you are intrested in representing your faculty we suggest to participate in Interfaculty Competition for Rector‘s Prize. It‘s traditional every school year event with 11 different sport disciplines. Spring semester includes the competitions in volleyball, table tennis, weightlifting, hiking sport. Everyone is welcomed to create a team or represent faculty individually.
