Let's enjoy winter's fluffy snow! Vilnius University Health & Sport Centre, with the help of Lithuanian National Ski Association, has prepared you fun leisure activities on cross-country skis in Vilnius University Botanical Garden (Kairenai str. 43, LT-10239, Vilnius).
Cross-country skiing track are 4 km length, with a prepared map for the roads.
All skiing lovers in Vilnius University Botanical Garden are welcome every weekday and on weekends.
Working hours on February:
Mondays, 8.00 am - 6.00 pm
Tuesdays, 8.00 am - 9.00 pm
Wednesdays, 8.00 am - 6.00 pm
Thursdays, 8.00 am - 9.00 pm
Fridays, 8.00 am - 6.00 pm
Saturdays, 10.00 am - 6.00 pm

Cross-country skiing tracks in Sauletekis
VU Health & Sport Centre's trainer Romualdas Kniukšta has prepared another cross-country skiing track in Aukstagiris (or Sauletekis) forests, near the dormitories of the University.
Length of the track: 2 km
Two points to start a track: Sauletekis av. 10 (just behind the dormitory) and Sauletekis av. 28 (near VU stadium). Both start points are marked.
For those who have never tried standing on skis, trainer Romualdas Kniukšta will introduce with the sport and answer the questions every Monday and Wednesday, 3.30 - 5.00 pm in the Blue Hall, Sauletekis av. 26 (trainer's mob. no. +370 685 42 142).
