From May 18 all visitors of the Health and Sport centre will have access to the following spaces:

  • VU Stadium - free use of running tracks and stationary trainers. (8 AM - 10 PM)
  • Saulėtekio av. 26 - use of exercise machines (8 AM - 10 PM)
  • Saulėtekio av. 2 and Čiurlionis str. 21 - play sports in the gym and group trainings (weekdays, 8 AM - 8 PM)

We also invite you to register for group trainings, which take place at Saulėtekio av. 2 till 19th of June:

  • Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. Pilates with coach Edvinas Navakauskas
  • Monday and Wednesday at 7 p.m. Aerobics with coach Paulina Launagaitė

Visitor's rules of the specified HSC spaces:

  • Access cards to exercise in gyms or group trainings are issued only remotely, by phone +37052193035 or e-mail
  • Access cards that visitors could not use during quarantine can be used until September 30.
  • Each time visitors come to the centre's premises, visitors sign (preferably with their own pen) in the registration book and fill in the given Health Declaration.
  • Visitors change their sportswear before arriving to the centre. Dressing rooms and showers are not available in the centre.
  • Visitors disinfect exercise machines or other used equipment after use.
  • Visitors to group workouts have a personal towel that they place on a mat or bring a personal mat during the workout.
  • Group trainings are held for no more than 10 people at a time, participants maintain a physical distance of 2 m.

We remind you about the price list of sports facilities:

Gym (15 visits per month)

  • 5 euros for students
  • 12 euros for VU employees and VU alumni
  • For guests 15 euros

One group workout costs 3 euros.

 

High-skilled athletes - members of VU teams and their coaches who want to play sports in HSC spaces, follow the decision of the Lithuanian Ministry of Health of 14 May 2020 "On COVID-19 disease management measures in high-performance sports training venues". Rules for athletes ar based on this decision.

VU team members' HSC space visiting rules:

  • The team member coordinates the training time with the trainer, the trainer informs the SSC administration staff about the need to use the premises.
  • Upon arrival at the center, the members of the teams sign (preferably with their personal pen) in the registration book and fill in the given Health Declaration.
  • Athletes wear sportswear in advance. Dressing rooms and showers are not available.
  • Athletes disinfect used equipment after exercise.
  • During the training, no more than 10 athletes who maintain a physical distance of 2 m will play in the space.
  • Coach is wears a mask during the training.
