This Yoga class will help your overall body and mind condition. Though sequenced postures (asanas) along with proper breathing you will be able to work on your strength, balance, flexibility and positive attitude. The classes will help you to kick start into a new day with full energy or help to relax after whole difficult week. 

All remote activities are free of charge and open for everyone!
