For six years in a row, the European Week of Sport "BeActive" has helped tackle the inactivity crisis by encouraging Europeans to embrace a healthy and active lifestyle. Launched in 2015, the European Week of Sport was created in response to the worsening inactivity crisis.
Regardless of who we are and what we do, even slight increases in regular, physical activity can have a profound impact on our long-term health. The Week is designed to give people across the world a springboard into being active! Vilnius University Health & Sport Centre, with the help of other Vilnius city's universities, invites you to various sport and health events on the 23-30th of September!
It is recommended to wear sports clothes and footwear during all the activities. Face mask is also recommended. Participants before the activities will be asked to provide their contact details, in case it becomes apparent that a person with COVID-19 has attended one of the events.
Activities are FREE OF CHARGE
