 VU Health and Sport Center invites International students to stay active during the exchange and especially during self-isolation after coming from your hometown.

  1. VU Health and Sport Center's Facebook page, where you can find lots of different trainings at home. All of them are in Lithuanian, but trainers show all the movements, which can ne repeated easily.

  5. Presentation "Yoga practice and mental fitness" from World Health day 2020 online conference (in English)

  6. VU Health and Sport Center 2 WEEKS - 6 MOVES challenge (on the 31st of August - 11th of September)
