VU community member, how are you? Are you experiencing any stress these days? Here is an event for you!
This seminar is for VU bachelor and master students who want to learn to control their reactions during stress. We will discuss two ways to help you manage stress more effectively:

2. Mindfulness practices. During the seminar, you will learn how these practices can develop your concentration, reduce physical and emotional discomfort caused by stress, improve sleep quality, and help you make decisions less dependent on emotions.
