We invite you to move quietly and slowly during lunch on Tuesday in a unique place near the VU Observatory of Ideas. The class is open to anyone who wants to get to know themselves better and explore in motion (no physical fitness is required). Mobility, balance, breathing exercises and elements of yoga and Pilates will be performed during the class.
Comfortable and movement non-restricting clothes are required for the activity. We recommend to bring a mat or towel with you. The classes will be conducted by the VU SHC instructor Eglė Draugelytė.
